Our Complaints Procedure

Here at the Cosmetic Denture Clinic we strive to give the best possible care and treatment to all our patients. We welcome comments regarding our service and will deal with any complaints promptly and courteously. If you are unhappy with our service then in the first instance to resolve any complaint quickly and efficiently, speak to one of the members of staff, hopefully, this will be all that’s required to resolve the matter.

If you do not wish to speak to a member of staff, then we suggest you email your complaint to us, which will be acknowledged within 3 working days. A further 10 working days to hopefully reach a satisfactory resolution.

If we cannot offer a resolution you are happy with, then the next step would be to contact the Dental Complaint Services (a department funded by the General Dental Council). Who will mediate in the event we cannot reach an agreeable outcome.
